Jessica Chee: Hi! My name is Jessica and everything about me is extremely corky! I am 19 and happily married, I was born and raised in a small town in northern Arizona, I hated accounting and I am now going to school to be a high school English teacher and I love it! I think I am extremely funny and do things for my own amusement, I am deathly afraid of chickens, and I love pasta! More than all these things, however, I want to be a teacher to touch the lives of kids. My high school English teacher is the reason I am in college. I want to, in turn, be that for others. I feel by being a teacher I can touch lives, and what greater joy is there than being able to influence and touch the life of somebody else? I chose to teach English because reading has been an escape for me my whole life and literature has become a passion of mine. I have chosen simply to pursue my passion in hopes that I can help others see their potential.
